TAFE WA consists of 10 colleges with 50 campuses throughout Western Australia. Many TAFE WA colleges offer the same qualifications. However, each college also has its own centres of excellence and specialisations such as: animal studies, aquaculture, maritime studies, leadership and community development, horticulture, art and design, fashion, hospitality and many more.


As a student at TAFEWA you can expect fantastic facilities, great surroundings, locations convenient to transport and shops, and an exciting variety of campus activities.

TAFEWA also has a partnership with Curtin University of Technology to offer courses through the Vocational Training and Education Centres in Kalgoorlie and Esperance.

Central West TAFE

Central West College of TAFE is the leading provider of quality education and training in the Midwest, Gascoyne and Murchison regions of WA, and has three campuses located at Geraldton, Carnarvon and Exmouth. Major industry in the region includes agriculture, fishing, mining and tourism and the town of Geraldton is currently going through a significant period of development including a major foreshore redevelopment project and a significant increase to the export capacity of the port. Central West College of TAFE is a winner of the Large Training Provider of the Year and in recent years over $8 million has been spent on facilities and infrastructure at the Geraldton Campus. Currently a new training vessel for the College is under construction and work will commence shortly on a $4.3 million marine centre.

C.Y. O’Connor College of TAFE

Covering Western Australia's wheatbelt region (Kellerberrin, Merredin, Moora, Narrogin, Northam and surrounds), CY O'Connor College of TAFE provides a range of training opportunities for rural and remote communities. The College is a specialist in external and flexible training in the agriculture, horticulture, land care and grains industries, and is also quickly developing a reputation for its popular multi-media and information technology courses. Great Southern TAFE

Kimberley TAFE

South West Regional College of TAFE

Situated in the heart of the picturesque South West of Western Australia, the South West Regional College of TAFE is a progressive, diverse and rapidly expanding provider of vocational education and training.
